Knowledge Core

About us

As tendering, proposal and presentation specialists, we take ownership of the bid process and deadlines because for us it’s all about the win. At KnowledgeCore we help our clients take on their competitors and win, and our 80%-win rate attests to this. In the past few years, as a team, we’ve helped 5 of our SME clients alone win over $78m, and have worked on bids worth over $2.7bn. By working with us, they honed their communication and relationship skills, consistently won new business or expanded their existing business and increased their market share. We can also help you get wins on the board. Our reputation attests to this.

We uncover the unspoken expectations and needs

The key to our approach starts with being able to see the world and your business through your markets and customers eyes, because it’s understanding their world and inherent risks that uncovers the secret to winning the pitch. We then develop the winning pitches, framed to your customers view of the world and language – not your jargon.

Our 3 areas of expertise

1. We see you and your world through your market’s eyes and:

  • Understand the world through their lens’, drawing out their unspoken expectations, agendas and drivers that define a win or a loss.

2. We are proposal, submission and tender specialists who ensure your documents are designed to win business, consistently. We help you to develop the skills to produce non-formulaic, on-target:

  • Tenders, proposals and pitches
  • Capability statements
  • Brochures that are actually ‘read’ and retained, not binned
  • ‘Thought Leadership’ that’s incisive.

3. We’re coaches at heart, who help to embed skills within your teams to ensure they continue to maintain the win rates. In particular, we embed the capability to:

  • Think strategically. To win work, you need a strategic perspective, not templates. And those skills will be in evidence long after we’ve gone.
  • Understand another’s cognitive perspective. To win, you also need the interpersonal and communication skills to identify what’s really important to the decision maker. That’s not necessarily what’s written in the RFP.
