KnowledgeCore is led by Adette Rosenbach, marketing and business development specialist with over 2 decades experience. 
Adette implements business development, customer relationship and marketing strategies for services and professional services businesses.

Before establishing KnowledgeCore, Adette spent 10 years in cold call and face-to-face sales where she learnt the fundamentals of customer rapport. It was through her experiences that she grew to understand the dynamics of business relationships, and the factors that influence whether a sale is won or lost.

Adette’s roles have included coaching and training executives, business development managers and sales people in the core skills needed for peak performance.

She is especially skilled at facilitating groups and drawing out peoples’ underlying, usually unspoken, values, opinions and attitudes. This is where her combined business development and coaching skills come to the fore.

Adette teaches International Marketing & Advertising and Promotion at University of Technology, Sydney (include link to course description or teacher profile). She is the Founder and Chair of the Argent Women’s Investment Group.
